Amaravati, December 28, 2025: The Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy temple at Srisailam shattered its single-day income record on December 26, collecting ₹1,46,94,825.

Temple authorities credited the surge to heavy pilgrim turnout during extended holidays and year-end travel, even on a regular weekday. Revenue came from darshan tickets, laddu prasadam, arjitha sevas, donations, and tonsuring services.

Offline collections stood at ₹73,75,511, while online channels hit a first-time high of ₹73,19,314 through 12,000 transactions. Executive Officer M. Srinivasa Rao and Trust Board Chairman Pothugunta Ramesh Naidu highlighted the role of state-directed digital systems, including online bookings for special darshans and sevas via the temple portal or Mana Mitra WhatsApp (95523 00009).

They urged devotees to favor online options for smoother experiences and better crowd management.
