Newsroom, December 30, 2025: Majji Srinivasa Rao, Chairperson of Vizianagaram Zilla Parishad, addressed a media conference today and declared 2025 a difficult year for Andhra Pradesh residents due to the NDA government's alleged neglect of key sectors.

He highlighted unpaid fee reimbursement dues to engineering and degree colleges, leaving thousands of students in Vizianagaram and nearby districts to cover costs out of pocket.

Srinivasa Rao also criticized plans to privatise the government medical college in Vizianagaram, calling it shocking for the district. Broader concerns included farmers receiving low prices for paddy and other crops without government market support.
