Amaravati, January 02, 2026: The Delhi High Court has issued an interim order recognizing prima facie evidence that several online platforms and unidentified parties violated the personality rights of Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and actor Konidela Pawan Kalyan.

The court observed that his celebrity status and public role grant proprietary control over attributes like his name, titles ("Power Star," "PSPK"), likeness, voice, and screen persona.

Unauthorized commercial exploitation, through merchandise sales on sites like Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho, event promotions, or AI-generated content, amounts to infringement.
