Amaravati, January 04, 2026: Eluru District Collector K. Vetriselvi has confirmed the state government's move to decentralise the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS).

Citizens can now file complaints directly at mandal, divisional, and municipal offices, reducing travel to district headquarters. The district-level sessions continue at Godavari Conference Hall from 10 a.m.

Online filing remains open via meekosam.ap.gov.in, with tracking through toll-free helpline 1100. The change aims to speed up resolutions by routing issues straight to relevant officials in a time-bound way.
